Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser using Mammoth.js and jsPDF. Your files never leave your device.
Will my formatting be preserved?
Text, headings, paragraphs, lists, bold, italic, and hyperlinks are preserved. Complex features like tables, columns, headers/footers, tracked changes, and custom styles may not render exactly as in Word.
Can I convert .doc files (old Word format)?
Only .docx files (the modern XML-based format) are supported. Open a .doc file in Word or Google Docs and save it as .docx first.
Are images in my Word file included?
Yes. Embedded images are extracted from the DOCX and included in the PDF output.
Is there a file size limit?
The tool accepts files up to 50 MB. Processing speed depends on document length and complexity.
What page sizes are available?
Choose between A4 (210 × 297 mm) and US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches).
Does the output PDF have watermarks?
No. The converted PDF is completely clean — no watermarks, no branding, no added pages.
Does this work with password-protected Word files?
No. Password-protected DOCX files cannot be read in the browser. Remove the password in Word before converting.
