Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens entirely in your browser using pdf-lib. Your PDF files never leave your device.
Can I rotate individual pages?
Yes. Each page has a rotate button that cycles through 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. The thumbnail updates in real time to show the rotation.
What is the difference between Delete and Extract?
Delete removes pages from the current document permanently (until you reset). Extract saves only your selected pages as a brand new separate PDF, leaving the current document unchanged.
Will rotation reduce PDF quality?
No. Rotation is stored as metadata in the PDF — the page content is not re-rendered or recompressed.
Is there a page limit?
There is no hard limit. Thumbnails for large PDFs are generated progressively so the page stays responsive.
Can I undo changes?
Individual actions cannot be undone step-by-step, but no changes are permanent until you click Save. Click Reset to reload your original PDF at any time.
Does the output PDF have watermarks?
No. The saved PDF is completely clean — no watermarks, no branding, no added pages.
Can I reorder pages in a scanned PDF?
Yes. Scanned PDFs reorder identically to text-based PDFs — each page is a self-contained image that moves with its page slot.
Does this work on password-protected PDFs?
Only PDFs you can already open without a password. Owner-restricted PDFs that are viewable will process normally.

Reorganize any PDF exactly the way you need it. Visual page thumbnails

render directly in your browser so you can see every page before saving.

Reorder pages with up/down arrows, rotate individual pages to 90°, 180°,

or 270°, delete unwanted pages, or extract a selection of pages into a

brand new PDF document.

device, and no changes are permanent until you click Save — reload at

any time to start fresh.

Who is this for: anyone who receives a PDF with pages in the wrong order,

scans that include blank pages, or combined documents that need splitting

by content. Lawyers reordering exhibits, admins fixing scanned multi-page

forms, students rearranging study materials, and designers reviewing

paginated proofs all benefit from page-level visual control.
